A flawless airbrush bronzer from my favourite make-up brand? Yes please!
It was my birthday earlier this month and my friends treated me to Charlotte’s latest release: her ultimately flawless Airbrush Bronzer!
I’ve had my eye on this as I’ve heard amazing things about her bronzers. I’ve used a bronzer in an on-the-go palette (review here) in the past but never taken the plunge to buy a specific bronzing powder.
First things first, the packaging is beautiful. Typical of CT! The bronzer is housed in a beautifully etched gold palette. I couldn’t believe how big it was in person, which means this should last you a while before hitting the pan.
Plus this compact is re-usable which is good for saving pennies than buying new. Its great that a lot of makeup companies are doing this!
What’s the verdict?
So like any new makeup I get sent or buy, I couldn’t wait to try it! We had a date night at the weekend and thought it was the perfect time to try it.
The girls got me shade 2 which is a light medium. As you can see its a very subtle shade that doesn’t have orange-y tones like some bronzers can. From just swatching it on my hands I could instantly see the whole ‘airbrush’ statement.
The bronzer applies very softly and disperses quite evenly. What I love about it, is that a small amount goes a long way. Some powders you are back and forth trying to build, whereas this seems to do so fairly quickly.
I apply the bronzer on the contours of my face so cheeky bones, jawline and forehead. On the back of the box, CT recommends where is best to apply for that flawless result!
Date Night Makeup Look
Here’s my finished date-night look! I really love Charlotte’s products for a rose gold look and I’m using quite a lot of hers here.
So to create this makeup look, I used:
- Hollywood Flawless Filter (read review) for highlight,
- Glowgasm beauty wand (review here) for a peach blush glow,
- The Legendary Muse palette (review here) for a subtle eye look,
- finished with my favourite go-to lip Secret Salma (read review).
As you can see I’m obsessed with her makeup products!
So if you fancy a new bronzer then maybe give the Airbrush Bronzer a go! I can’t wait to have a natural tan to pair this with!
