Yves Saint Laurent

photo 2Since i was little ive always had Yves Saint Laurent in my life, whether it was perfume or makeup ive always used their products. My main influence was my mother, she has always wore Yves Saint Laurent perfume and ive always followed in her footsteps, as ive grown ive experimented with their makeup and it was the best decision ive made! I do have a vast makeup collection with lots of brands but YSL is something i’ll always go back to, their products are hard to resist. photo 1photo 4My Favourite perfume would have to be YSL Paris. This Eau de perfum is a rich fragrance of sensual floras with a hint of vanilla and amber. This perfume after sprayed lasts for hours! The strong smell never leaves your scent. This was the first one i recognised as i got older, its a very lasting fragrance that i used to always smell on my mother and as i got older, i used to start wearing it.

This limited edition YSL Paris Premieres Rose is beautiful floral version of the original Paris. The perfume is very similar however this one features a lot more carefully selected flowers for a spring scent. This perfume presents pomegranate extracts with a range of pretty floral such as lily, bellflower, violets and a refreshing orange blossom. This beautifully created perfume only comes in a modestly 125ml.

BabyDoll is a relatively new fragrance for me, out of all the ones ive had this is the newest. A distinctive sweet perfume, its a pretty  fragrance for young women. Ripened grapefruit, wild rose and spicy red currant create an explosive scent! As you can see i got two new boxes for Christmas and i’m looking forward to wearing it. This sweet fragrance is great for spring and summer with such a fruity and floral scent.

This mascara is so easy to use! The YSL Singulier Nuit Blanche creates an effortless look of glamorous lashes. What i love about this mascara is it creates thick bold lashes that curl and separate with ease. The brush itself has a spinning brush shape that allows you to create an effective curve in the lashes as you turn the brush. Ive never had a mascara that has this before, they are normally curved or straight with the bristles straight. This brush features the bristles at different angles to give different volumes on the top or bottom lashes. With this, the bottom lashes become easier to separate. Another great feature is thats the mascaras waterproof too!

Another Mascara of my collection is the YSL Volume Effect Shocking Mascara. This mascara contains an advanced formula that provides instant volume on the lashes. True to the name, this mascara adds shocking volume and definition to the lashes, it greats an effective look of false lashes. The thick bristle brush contains multi directional bristles that adds curves and thick mascara to every lash. As the other lash, the mascara allows thick lashes that dont clump together. Although the singulier lashes does this much more effortless, if your wanting thick dramatic lashes for a night out this mascara does just that.

photo 1 (2)  Finally, my newest purchase! I absolutely adore lipglosses! The shiny the better for me but i tend to find as soon as i have a drink, the look disappears. Well this lip gloss Vernis A Levres Rebel Nudes Glossy Stain by YSL, gives the lipgloss effect but stains your lips for a longer lasting wear. With so many shades to chose from i decided to go for 105 Corail Hold up. This salmon peach shade is perfect for the upcoming summer! Im a sucker for dark reds and purple glosses but i decided to go for a light colour that would compliment any spring/summer outfit. With the lip shade wand, it creates a quick application and the pointy tip helps colour your cupids bow.
