January Favourites

I think It’s fair to say this month has left like forever, It’s been such a long month for me, getting back into University work, shopping the sales and a LOT of partying. So now that this month is finally up, I have collected eight products that I have been using daily and at the weekends!IMG_8062

Urban Decay’s Naked On The Run palette is quite possibly the best creation they have brought out. The idea itself is appealing, a ‘on the run’ all in one palette that stocks their bestselling products in a tidy compact travel box. This palette includes their famous Naked contour set in medium bronze matte, Vibrant Pink blush and a light shimmer satin highlighter. 5 top eyeshadows (left to right) Dive, Fix, Resist, Dare and Stun.

The set also gives you a travel size mascara, eyeliner and full size lipgloss. I really love this urban decay palette, I think for £37 its such a great buy for what you’re getting. The eyeshadows are so shimmery and high pigmented. For me, it was great to try their eyeshadows and the lipgloss as their new products to me!

I bought so many Lush products over christmas in the sale, and while I got lots of bath bombs I also picked these two up. Throughout January I have loved using these in my bath time routine. The Snow Fairy shower gel which I got half price is the most gorgeous smelling bath product ever! It’s a contrast of bubblegum and candy floss aromas, it smells so nice in the water and leaves your skin coated in the fragrance for ages!

D’Fluff shaving foam is another product I actually love. I dunno about you but I’m always cutting my legs shaving, since I discovered this whipped strawberry smoothie soap its left my legs feeling soft and cut free! It has actual fresh strawberries as well as cocoa butter, golden syrup and rosehip oil – it’s a luxurious product! IMG_8064

I Heart Makeup by Makeup Revolution have produced six baked heart products and I picked this  Blushing Hearts Triple Baked Blusher in ‘peachy keen heart’ a couple of weeks ago. It adds a gorgeous contrast of blush and bronze on the cheeks and I just think the packaging is so pretty. After using this one it’s definitely tempted me into buying the others in the range!IMG_8065Another blusher I’ve used a lot this month is the Coralista by Benefit. It’s a shimmery peachy golden blush. This product you only need a little sprinkle on the cheeks for a subtle light peach blush to the face. The more you add it can build up as a peachy highlighter and I think it works so well with bronzed skin. The packaging itself is tropical and I think this is a  product I will be using all year round! IMG_8066Another Makeup Revolution product is their Focus and Fix eyebrow shaping kit in ‘light medium’. I love this product especially for £2.50! It features 3 shades and a creamy gel to apply the colour and shape the brows. I ended up going the dark brown (bottom left) with the cream and was the perfect shade match to my brows! The applicator is really easy to apply with the slanted edge and the tweezers actually work really well too! IMG_8067My gosh I thought I had found my fave mascara until I stumbled across think punky product. This Miss Manga Mascara have brought out a ‘punky’ version by L’Oreal and its amazing. I don’t know if its obvious in the photo but the mascara build up is very thick, so after one coated of the brush your lashes are transformed – longer and thicker. For a mascara under £10 I am shocked by how great it was and have been using it every day of January! january beauty favourites

And finally, The Cocoa Brown 1 hour tan. I’ve probably used this product too much this month but I’ve had so many nights outs and each time this product delivers me with a gorgeous tan! It’s a foam so its pretty easy to apply and never leaves me streaky like others sometimes do. This is definitely my favourite self tan product.

Are any of these your Favourite products?!
