A perfectly packaged scented candle with a hidden gem inside. My Jolie Candle kindly sent me an orange blossom candle to try and I can’t wait to show you what I received.

I mean for starters, how cute is the packaging?! It all came delicately wrapped but unfortunately the Macarons broke a little with the delivery. They were still delicious though. With a tropical feel, I decided to try their Orange Blossom* candle for a zesty scent.

The scent you can certainly tell its more of an orange blossom than just orange.. if that makes sense? It reminds me of the fragrance you get in your fabric softener. It’s quite subtle and not over powering.

In terms of how it burns, this candle will last you ages, I mean literally. I burned it for a few hours and it hardly went down, the wax seemed to turn into an oil and when I blew it out, it had only gone down about quarter of an inch. To get to the hidden gem, you’re looking at a couple of days of burning time. Below is how you get the jewellery out of the wax. The jewellery is wrapped in foil and packaged twice so its protected from the melted wax.
