Sparkle this Valentine’s Day with a statement piece of jewellery. Whether your buying for a loved one or treating yourself, I’ve picked a couple of items that will dazzle you.
The lovely team at Hazel + Kent* and TH Baker* got in touch with me a while back to see if I’d like to collaborate on a Valentines post. This time of year jewellery is one of the key presents to buy for Valentines day.
Whether its an eye catching engagement ring or elegant necklace – there’s the ideal present for everyone. Don’t forget mother’s day is soon too so these don’t necessarily have to be for your lover (or yourself).
When these earrings arrived, I was not expecting how beautiful they’d be in person. The photos don’t do it justice but if you like a simple piece then these are for you. Theres no fuss, the earrings are just simply elegant and very versatile to go with any outfit. Their a medium sized diamond so sit well in your ear and feel comfortable.
These are definitely perfect for day or night time. They look so expensive but their only £12.50 on offer at the moment.
Designer jewellery is always a safe choice when buying for your loved one. It keeps the value, feels that little bit more sentimental and its luxurious. I got this Michael Kors bracelet a couple of years ago for Christmas, as you can see the diamanté belt and Michael Kors stamp makes it wearable again with any outfit.
Personally this is more of a special occasions piece but its a bracelet that will never date. This will sure to put a smile on their face this Valentines.
Now I’m going to be honest, I was a little unsure of this pendant. But when it arrived in its box, the cute little green cubic pendant grew on me. You don’t need huge rocks and out of this world sparkles to impress your valentines. Sometimes a little pendant like this can mean more to someone. The green zirconia represents the May birthstone so this can give a more sentimental value.
The box blecher chain is also good quality and it doesn’t tangle either, perfect! For £30 I think this is a great piece someone can treasure. I also think this necklace is lovely for Mother’s Day.
Pandora always seem to be a good choice for jewellery any time of year. They have a gorgeous array of jewellery for all seasons and occasions. One true love of mine is their rings. I have stacks of them now and this is one of my recent presents that I just thought was so fitting for Valentines.
With the love heart shape, its fitted with a fairly sized diamond as well as little hidden sparkles all around it. The Pavé Heart Ring is just one of a huge range they have brought out for Valentines Day. If you spend £125 in a Pandora, you’ll receive an elegant Valentines Heart shaped jewellery box to place your items.
So there you have it, a couple of items that are perfect for your Valentines (or yourself). Jewellery can fit any budget and there’s something for everyone. Which item would you like to receive on Valentines day?
