Seventeen Makeup Haul

seventeen makeup haul

After wanting a cream contour kit, searching literally ALL over I finally found something in none other than my local boots store. The Instant Glow collection from Seventeen features a cream bronzer – exactly what I wanted. So what turned into me buying just one thing.. ended up in buying 5 more products.. I know I have no will power.

So I thought I would share with you all what I picked up on the buy one, get second half price offer.

First from the Instant Glow collection are the pink bronze Bronzing Rocks. I picked just one up and loved it after the first try so I bought another one! Simply dust these over your face and body for an instant shimmery glow. The contrast of pink and gold work so well in this little pot of glow! It can be used to highlight, bronze or just overall shimmer!

The Instant Glow shimmer brick in pink bronze is a beautiful 4 layered palette that work together to give a subtle glow. you can either dust on a mix of the colours or use individual shades to contour and highlight. What I love about this is I would also use it as eyeshadow, the colours are so pigmented – so may as well multitask it!

So now to the product I had intentionally wanted to buy.. the Instant Glow Cream Bronzer! I’ve tried so many powder contours that I felt like I needed to try something new. A cream contour for me, will blend in and look more natural. This lightweight cream helps contour cheekbones for definition, I’m yet to attempt this but from first impressions I think it will look fab!

Oh how I love a good primer! This one? Well the Skin Wow Primer also works as a highlighter and moisturizer to your foundation.. That’s 3 uses in one. It’s a lovely silky texture and adds a soft light to your face. I’ve used this a couple of times now, before and after foundation, and sets very well!!

What do you think of Seventeen products?!

I’ve want to try seventeen makeup for a while. The shimmer brick looks gorgeous and reminds me of the Bobbi Brown one! Heard so many good things about the concealer in the blogging world, might need to give in and try it! x
