GlamGlow Hello Sexy

Glam Glow Hello SexyI finally got my hands on the revolutionary Glam Glow Face Masks. The Hello Sexy gift set was hiding in TkMaxx and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I spotted it for £16.. yes just £16! It retails for around £45-50 usually.

The box set it comes in is reversible. The labelling changes from ‘For her’ to ‘For him’ which I found so good for a gift set because men can use these face masks just as much as women can!

Anyway, inside the box it comes with SuperMud Clearing Treatment (34g)  and YouthMud TinglExfoliate Treatment (15g). Both a nice little travel size product but still comes with a lot of product inside. I’ve used the Clearing treatment three times now and there’s still a good 3/4 of the tub left.

IMG_2497If you haven’t heard of this product before, it seems to be really popular in the blogging world and its used by celebrities and models, needless to say I think the packaging too really makes it look expensive. It features chrome packaging so the face masks keep cool and won’t dry up!

I don’t have to tell you how to apply a face mask do I? Well both masks set into your face quite quickly and you can feel it tingle almost straight away. It feels really cool and has a mint/ liquorice fragrance which isn’t overpowering. After a few minutes you’ll start to see it dry. It sets like clay. Now look below for me wearing it just on application and after 10 minutes.

IMG_2501 IMG_2511You only need the mask on for about 15-20 minutes max and you can see the results! As the masks dry, you can start to see your pores and especially round my nose I found it bringing out blackheads – it really does clear your face. It’s quite fascinating to watch actually, I’ve never had a face mask like this before.

Inside both masks you will find things like French Sea Clay (fancy!), Pumice, Green Tea Leaf, Chamomile and Lavender. The masks also include ingredients to sooth and moisturise the skin, after you wash off the product your skin feels so soft and not tight or uncomfortable.

I would have to say I did receive a couple of pimples after my first use but that’s to be expected with it being a clearing and exfoliating product. Since, my skin has been great with a glow especially in this dull Autumn weather. It also has made my makeup glide on a lot better than normal.

Have you ever tried the Glam Glow range?
