October Favourites

October FavouritesHalloween is over and were heading that little closer to Christmas now. I can’t believe how mild it has been for October, I’ve enjoyed my skincare especially and getting used to braving the smoky eye more day to day. So here are my October Favourites.
October Favourites

No matter what time of the year it is, I love a little sparkle and glow. For the cold dull mornings I’ve reached for Benefit‘s Watts Up and Makeup Revolution Goddess of Love highlighter. Benefit’s watts up (here) is a true favourite from their highlighter collection. Its creamy, dewy and has the perfect tone of bronze and highlight and just look gorgeous on the cheeks! Goddess of love highlighter is a tirple baked powder that has sheer shine rather than glitter or sparkle, which I think is perfect if you just want a subtle highlighter for your day makeup.

Another product packed with shine and sparkle is Guinot‘s Huile Mirific Gold Dry Oil (here). This multi-purpose oil adds a flawless glow to your hair AND skin. PErsonally, I’ve been using it on my legs for nights out, to moisturise and give that perfect bronzed look. As the cold weather sets in on a night, this oil will spot my legs becoming dry.

I expressed my love all over for Urban Decay‘s Naked Smoky palette (here). The more I use it, the more I love it. I’ve enjoyed using all the different shades for different looks and its made me brave the smoky eye through the day. I only have this palette out of the NakedΒ range and its really made me think do I need the others? This has got to be the best palette I’ve ever bought, I mean look how gorgeous the packaging is!

I’m loving this MAC combo for Autumn. I wore this for halloween and they work so well together. MAC Satin MediaΒ (here) and Lip pencil Nightmoth. These blackended plum lip shades are perfect together and I’ve loved wearing them last month. Media is just a gorgeous rich shade with tones of cherry and berry! Perfect lip wear.

I love a facial oil this time of year. To soothe and protect my skin in the cold weather, I’m using Antipodes Hosanna H2O Intensive Skinplumping Serum (here). Like its named, this perfect smelling serum has a liquid consistency so dries into the skin so quick and instantly feels soft and nourished.

And finally, I’m still in love with my Nars Super Orgasm Blush (here). For this time of year it has the pop of colour my cheeks need, with golden glitter. If you haven’t tried this little blush, you need to!

Are any of these on your fave list?
