It’s not one of the first choices you think of when it comes to beauty but lately when ive been in the brands they sell are just great, at such good discounts too!
Hd Brows Pro Powder base palette. RRP. £34.99 paid £12.99.
I love this palette, its specifically used to highlight underneath the brows after treatment however on the packaging it says the shades can be used as a highlight and contour. I’ve tried the Sleek 3pc contour, highlight and blush and it’s nearly all used up so this palette comes in great use than re buying the sleek compact. I use shade 1 or 2 for the highlight and shade 7 or 9 for the contouring. The powder glides on your face and as soon as foundation is applied it stays put. I love this purchase and for such a good price too its definitely worth it! Stores will vary but hopefully most TkMaxx stores still sell it.
Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge on cream makeup in Toast beige 06. RRP. £20 paid £12.
Ive always wanted to try this product but was always unsure on the shade, this box is sealed so i had to gamble on the colour choice but it fits perfectly. I am naturally quite white but i prefer a darker foundation to match my natural sunbed tan or fake tan, so this shade was perfect. The sponge makes the foundation easy to go on and to finish off i add powder for it to stick and feel even more smooth. It really gives a flawless finish.
Ghost Whisper Body lotion 200ml RRP. £20 paid £10.
I love body lotion and moisturizer but i do have to confess when i bought this i thought it was the perfume! My bad. But i wasn’t disappointed it was my own fault for not reading, it was with all the perfumes and aftershaves so i wasn’t to know! But even so its still a good buy i hope for the price. The smell is so nice and the scent lasts on my skin for hours.
Bourjois Paris Manicure Toppings paid £1!
Not sure how much this retails at, i imagine probably about £4? This item was in the sale section of the beauty and this is about my 5th piece of manicure toppings/ beads but this is my first of Bourjois. I am yet to try these but im sure they will be pretty on with a nice red or orange polish.
GH Great Hair Moisture Conditioner RRP. £4-6 Paid £4
Since ive bought this product by Babylis and Harding ive only used it twice and i can feel a difference in my hair already. Its not as cottery when i’m brushing it and the smell is so nice, i love the smell of Argan oil but this has extracts of Moroccan Argan oil which is even better. Once my hairs dry it still smells nice and has a lovely none greasy shine. I will definitely be buying the shampoo to match!
I always have a little shop in here before or after work, but this time it was more essentials than just spending, which is pretty good more me im always pulled into getting a deal!
Simple eye Makeup Remover – on offer £1.40
I never really use to get specifically makeup remover liquid but since i got Nivea for Christmas, when i had used it up i needed to buy more! At first i was just going to rebuy it till i seen that Superdrug had all the Simple range on offer. This brand is amazing for my skin as it can be very sensitive at times. This remover takes off my foundation too which is a bonus.
Maybelline SuperStay Better skin foundation £6
This foundation is so nice on my skin, i got a dark colour so it would blend better on my face when i have fake tan on. Most foundations i get, they hide my freckles but this one doesn’t which is good for me as it makes it look more natural, it really does give a flawless finish like the Elizabeth Arden one. It even has SPF 20 so its great for summer, that’s if it lasts till then ill probably have to buy another one.
