February Favourites!

February FavouritesA little late round-up of my February Favourites! Its been a busy month with uni work, yep the dreaded dissertation stress has set in so I’ve definitely bought some beauty to help take my mind off it. Retail therapy and all that.

February FavouritesI love how colourful all these products look, I can definitely see me transitioning from winter to spring real soon! The last month I’ve enjoyed using Lush’s Valentines range, the only product left is my little bottle of Prince charming.

Then I’ve starting using their Mother’s Day and Easter range – so many new products to try I love this time of year. So a couple of these products have featured on the blog lately so I’ll start with the new ones first.

February Favourites

Too Faced Sugar Pop – Is quite possibly one of the cutest palettes I now own. With the multi-coloured macaroon packaging and high pigmented bright colours, what’s not to like? There are definitely some colours I’ll be reaching for when summer comes but for now I’ve been using the light nudes and pinks with the mocha colour. Bonus is I found this for £10 in Tkmaxx – I know?!

Jimmy Choo Flash – I received this for Christmas but its been in its box up until a couple of weeks ago, oh my gosh the smell is beautiful. It’s so vibrantly strong scented and just smells delightful all day, literally. It’s such a cute little bottle to keep in bag and it’s definitely my favourite out of their collection.

Benefit Gimme Brow – Neglected product until recently I admit, it’s the type of product where I forget about it but then come to love it again. It’s the perfect medium brown shade for my brows at the moment and because its dried out a little it somehow sets my brows better.

February Favourites

Urban Decay Naked skin – Review here. I recently mentioned this foundation mainly because it was a new purchase and undoubtedly its become of my top favourites. Its dewy, its light and it somehow hides all my blemishes and spots. It feels amazing on the skin and it really is up their with one of the best foundations I’ve tried. Definitely need to try their concealer next I’ve heard so many good things.

Ciate Cheekbone Cheat Duo – Review here. I love how wearable these two shades are, especially in a gorgeous compact. As mentioned in a different post both the bronzer and blush work perfect on my skin and if you ever find this hiding in Tkmaxx, you need to try it.

Merumaya Melting Cleansing Balm* – This little beauty actually does melt your makeup off effortlessly. Even that stubborn waterproof mascara doesn’t stand a chance with this. Honestly I’m so impressed by this cult product. I’ve been using it with my Magnitone and for £16 I’ll definitely be buying it when it’s used up.

February Favourites

The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer – Well by now you all probably know how much I love this highlighter! I’ve reviewed it here but if your after a new highlighter or hit the pan on your fave please try this. I don’t think I’ll ever go back now its has a beautiful golden sheen to the skin.

Lush Prince Charming – I didn’t get round to buying this last year so it was on my list when Valentines day came round. I love the fresh smell of pomegranate and grapefruit oil, the cream feels so nice on your skin and you smell LUSH for hours after.

What products have you been lovin’ lately?

  1. I absolutely love the Mary Lou Manizer as well – definitely my favourite highlight of all time – so so beautiful! Can’t believe you managed to find that too faced palette in TKMaxx, everything I always find in there is either rubbish or completely smashed up! Great find, and great post xx
