Benefit Cosmetics are known for their cult blush collection, I’ve got every blush from Coralina to Dandelion. With everyone raving about this new golden blush, it was time I got my hands on it!

We’ve been so lucky with the weather recently so of course a stunning blush is an essential for your makeup routine.

First up I love the packaging, with the 70’s boho theme – it shouts summer with the multi-colour hair and bug eye sunglasses. As for the shade, it’s a subtle pink-y coral with a sprinkle of gold. I wouldn’t say it has a level of shimmer though, after the first use it only has a very slight sparkle. Overall its a matte shade that has hints of Nars Super Orgasm but also Benefit’s Coralista too.

In terms of pigmentation, it’s just the right amount for a sweep over your cheeks. You may need a couple of swirls on your brush to get your desired pinky cheeks but that’s what I like about it. You can build it up! With a golden brusher this is just enough to add a pop of colour.

Overall I think this is a super flattering and subtle shimmer that adds a slight glow. For those who are scared of a bright blush – this could be the one for you.

It also smells really nice too which is a bonus. I can’t put my finger on the exact smell though I’m thinking vanilla?!

As you can see, it’s very subtle but adds just a nice peachy glow to the cheeks. If your into rose golds and corals this year – this is the blusher to add. I am glad I picked GALifornia up!

Have you got this? Would you try it?
