Best Picks of the Sales

Now that Christmas has passed, the next thing on our minds is grabbing a bargain or two in the sales. So today I’m sharing my best picks!

I hope you all had a great Christmas, I had a chilled one and I’m so grateful for what I received. As most of my readers know, I love a good bargain and this time of year is the best time to pick something up for up to half price or even more.

I did a lot of my sales shopping online this year in the comfort of my own home next to the fire in my new pjs and Ugg slippers. On boxing Day I headed to the Lush sale which I queued for over an hour for, I know I’m mad! It was worth it for the amount of products I got for 50% off.

Anyway here’s some of the best products I picked up, with such a good discount!

Ted Baker Carleto Iphone 7 Case (£24 reduced from £40)

I love Ted Baker’s floral designs and this rose phone case with rose gold lining was a must have purchase. It’s a sturdy phone case that also has a built-in mirror too!

Armani Diamonds Rose Gift Set (£26 reduced from £40)

I picked this up last Christmas so I was so excited to get my hands on it again. The set includes a 50ml toilette as well as a 15ml travel spray. This rose-scented perfume is so sweet and refreshing, you’ll be sure to be complimented wearing this!

Laura Geller Diamond Dust Illuminator (£14 reduced from £21)

I love Geller’s Gilded Honey Swirl illuminator so when this went on sale I thought I’d try a different shade. This light highlighter has an iridescent shimmer that creates a cool glow with a speckle of pink or blue tones in certain lights. I can’t wait to wear this!

Jouer Lip Topper Rose Gold (£10 reduced from £13.50)

It’s not a massive saving but I’ve been wanting to try out this brand for soo long! When I seen this in the shade rose gold, I just had to grab it from Cult Beauty. Look how pretty it looks, the glitter is insane! I’m going to try this with nude pinks and even test it out as a creamy eyeshadow.

Becca Après Ski Glow Collection (£31.50 reduced from £45)

I’m not going to lie the packaging on this palette definitely drew me in. This blue frosted palette contains 3 highlighters, a blush and two bronzers. Another brand I’ve never tried but after seeing all the hype on her highlighters, I knew it was about time I tried it and what better way than a perfect palette like this. Lush Season’s Greetings Gift Set (£16 reduced from £32)

This beautiful Christmas tin includes 6 lush items from The Snowman, Christmas Jumper, My Front Two Teeth, Sherbet Dip, Thundersnow and Man in the Moon. This tin is packed with a good variety of bath bombs and bubble bars and the smell inside here is incredible. I picked up a lot of individual items but I couldn’t resist picking this set up. It becomes a nice storage box to keep them all in too.

Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel 500ml (£6.75 reduced from £13.50)

It isn’t Christmas if you don’t use or pick up Snow Fairy. This is Lush’s cult favourite so of course I picked up one of the big 500ml bottles so it will last me a while.

So that’s my top picks from the Boxing Day sales! I also picked up a few fashion pieces from River Island and Lipsy but I have to say these are my favourite out of the bunch.
